Culver Fall Fest is an annual event in October that takes place on Main Street in Culver. Friday evening kicks off with a family friendly outdoor movie, followed by a day full of activities on Saturday, including a craft market, corn hole, pet costume parade, pumpkin painting, s’mores and kids’ activities. We round out Saturday evening with the feature a band and beer garden. Sunday includes a casual 5K run/walk, a free yoga class on Main Street, non-denominational church service, and an orchestra performance.

Friday, October 13

4:00-6:30 pm: WROI and WTCA live broadcast from Fall Fest. Featuring spotlight interviews from our local, small business owners

5:00-8:00 pm: Food and art vendors open, Fall Photo Op. CLICK HERE to fill out a vendor application.

5:30 pm: Pumpkin Roll Relay in the Kids Zone on the Dickie Lot:

Elementary and middle school students compete in the Pumpkin Roll Relay. Ages K - 8, cash prize and trophy to the winning team!

Sponsored by Yellow River Farms, Coordinated by the Culver PTO, Proceeds to benefit the teachers and students of Culver Elementary

5:30 PM: Office Chair Relay On Main Street:

Business owners compete in a relay race using their company’s best ass-et, the office chair and the hard work and determination of their team! Who has what it taks to push their colleagues over the edge (of the finish line) to become the hot wheels champs of Fall Fest? CLICK HERE to register for the Office Chair Relay.

6:00-8:30 pm: Macrame Wreath Beginner Class. Join Handmade Happenings (109 S Main Street) in their first macrame class! In this class you will learn some basic knots and make your own macrame fall wreath to take home. Wine & drinks are included. $30 to participate. Pre-register today by CLICKING HERE.

7:30 pm: Movie on Main Street featuring 2009 animated film ‘Coraline’. The movie will be projected on a 144 square foot inflatable screen! Be sure to bring a lawn chair/blankets and cash for concessions provided by local organizations!

Saturday, October 14

8:00 am – 11:00 am: Lions Club Breakfast at the Depot Building on Lake Shore Dr.

9:00 am – 1:00 pm: Farmers Market in the Park

Use the interactive walking path to find your way to the park, and learn a bit about Culver’s history. Scan the QR code on signage along the walking path to access Culver’s Walking Tours or CLICK HERE to access.

10:00 am-8:00 pm: Food and art vendors open, Fall Photo Op. CLICK HERE to fill out a vendor application.

10:00 am: Pet parade - dress your pet up in their favorite costume and parade them around town! CLICK HERE to pre-register for the pet parade.

11:00 am: KALITA Magic Show! in the Kids Zone on Dickie Lot

12:00 pm: StoryTime with Esmie. Meet at the Dickie Lot on Main Street right after the Magic Show. Go on a walk with Esmie to the StoryWalk trail in the park. Esmie will walk and read with all participating kids along the half mile story trail featuring the book “At the Old Haunted House”.

12:00 pm: Beer garden opens (Hosted By: Journey’s End of Bourbon, IN) and corn hole tournament registration on Main Street

12:00 pm: Corn Hole Tournament registration starts (no pre-registration) - located in the beer garden on Main Street

1:00 pm: Corn Hole Tournament Begins!

1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:30PM, and 3:00PM History Hay Rides

Hosted by The Very Rev. Dr. John Houghton, Vice President of the Culver Historical Society

Rides are first come first serve. Donations are accepted, give what you can to ensure more History Hayrides in the future!

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Pumpkin Painting at the Kids Zone in the Dickie Lot, Sponsored by Yellow River Farms and Earthwerks

Donations accepted, proceeds to benefit the Culver Middle School Student Council

3:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM Leisurely Hay Rides: Enjoy a hay ride around Culver with family and friends.

Rides are first come first serve. Donations are accepted, give what you can to ensure more History Hayrides in the future!

4:00-7:00 pm: WROI and WTCA live broadcast from Fall Fest

5:00 pm: TeQuila & Canvas class. Located at Frida’s (18571 IN-10, Culver, IN 46511). Paint a beautiful pumpkin canvas with an instructor, one free house margarita, chips and salsa, and painting materials. Price is $40 per person. To reserve your seat, please call (574)842-2414 or stop into Frida’s.

6:30 pm: Scarecrow contest winners to be announced at the stage on Main Street. CLICK HERE to enter the Scarecrow Contest! Entries are due by October 1st!

7:00-9:00 pm: Moonlight Paddle - enjoy kayaking or canoeing on moonlit Lake Maxinkuckee with s’mores a bonfire and a historical story provided by Jeff Kenney. Please email dana.neer@culver.org to register for the Moonlight Paddle with the following information: number of adult and child participants and if equipment is needed. Prior kayak/canoe experience required - please no first time kayakers/canoers. You may bring your own equipment (kayak, canoe, lifejackets, paddles, etc.) or equipment can provided by those who pre-register - please note there are limited spots!

7:00-10:00 pm: LIVE MUSIC: PS Dump Your Boyfriend with a beer garden located on the Fall Fest stage on Main Street.

Sunday, October 15

9:00 am: Non-Denominational church service located on the Fall Fest stage on Main Street, Conducted by Heartfire Church with Pastor Tom Harzula. Please bring your own chair.

9:00 am: 5K casual run/walk starting and ending at the Culver & Union Township Public Library. No registration required! Maps will be provided at the start of the run/walk.

10:30 am: Yoga on Main Street - all levels welcome and be sure to bring a mat. Located on the Fall Fest stage on Main Street.

2:00 pm: Marshall County Church Orchestra performing on Main Street Stage.
